COVID-19 update: We are an essential business
As we monitor the situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Second Step continues to take steps to help protect the health and well-being of our staff and customers.
Supplying in the field of healthcare and rehabilitation products and services, Second Step is considered an “essential business” and is exempt from shutdown.
The healthcare sector is large, diverse, and open, spanning both the public and private sectors. It includes manufacturers, suppliers, logistics and warehouse operators, and distributors of medical equipment and medical devices (such as the Gait Harness System product line).
We wanted to update you that for the safety of our customers, we have indefinitely suspended product lease and lease-to-own programs. We are not accepting international orders. Second Step manufactures custom merchandise. As always, no refunds will be given on any order. All sales and lay-a-ways are final.
Until further notice, business will continue as usual. As of now we are operating at 100% capacity.
With that being said, we are asking customers to please place any future orders as soon as possible so they can be processed and shipped in the most timely manner for you. Our digital on-line order process allows all customers to order our products 24/7.
